Refund policy

Wild Briar Co goods are made to order - We do not offer refunds on custom items unless there has been an error made on our behalf.

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at wildbriarco@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wild Briar Co does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once the items have been marked as "Delivered" from shipping carriers. Please reach out to your local USPS for help on recovering the package.
