FAQ

+ PROCESSING TIME: All products will be processed within 7 business days - except our Wooden Risers, Cut Out Designs & DREAM collection items which have a 14 business day turnaround time. 

+ SHIPPING:  Once your item has been processed it will be dropped off at USPS within 2 business days. If item was processed on Friday - Saturday it will be dropped off next business day (Excluding holidays). 

+PERSONALIZATION: Make sure the personalization written for your order is correct. If you made an error please contact us within 12 hours to correct on our end.
